Terms of Service

Effective July 2026

These terms govern your use of numengolf.com and your purchases from Numen Golf Co. ("NUMEN," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Made-to-order products

Our products are individually 3D-printed after you order. Minor variation in surface texture and finish is inherent to the process and part of what makes each piece yours — it is not a defect. Product images are illustrative; color may vary slightly by batch and screen.

Personalization

When you submit text for engraving, you confirm you have the right to use it. We may decline (and refund) engravings containing trademarks or logos you don't own, another person's name used to deceive, or content that is hateful or obscene. Engravings are reproduced exactly as entered — please check your spelling; "STEVE" engraved as "STEEV" because it was typed that way is a masterpiece we cannot un-print.

Pricing & payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe; your payment details go to Stripe, not to us. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout where required.

Shipping & returns

Production times, shipping, damage claims, cancellations, and returns are covered in our Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The NUMEN name, wordmark, site design, product designs, and content are our property. Buying a product doesn't transfer any design rights, and our products may not be scanned, copied, or reproduced for sale.

Product use & safety

Our gear is made for golf. Use common sense: keep small parts (tees, ball markers) away from young children and pets, and don't leave PLA items in extreme heat. Products are provided "as is" beyond the warranties in our Shipping & Returns policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages — including, but not limited to, the outcome of your golf round.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [YOUR STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
