Made to order — how shipping works
Every NUMEN piece is printed to order; nothing sits in a warehouse. That means:
- Production: your order is printed, finished, and inspected within 3–5 business days.
- Transit: shipped with tracking (USPS or comparable), typically 2–5 business days within the U.S.
- You'll receive a tracking number by email the day your order ships.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Your address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we print and ship fast, and we can't redirect a package once it's in transit. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at cost.
Damaged, defective, or wrong orders
If your order arrives damaged, has a print defect, or the engraving doesn't match what you entered, email hello@numengolf.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll replace it or refund it — your choice. That's on us.
Returns
- Non-personalized items: returnable within 30 days of delivery in unused condition. Return shipping is on you unless the return is due to our error.
- Personalized items: engraved pieces are made just for you and can't be restocked, so they're final sale — except for defects, damage, or an engraving error on our part, which we'll always make right.
Cancellations & changes
Need to fix an engraving or cancel? Email us within 12 hours of ordering (or before production starts, whichever is sooner) and we'll take care of it. Once a piece is on the printer, we can no longer change it.
