Numen Golf Co. ("NUMEN," "we," "us") keeps this simple: we collect the minimum needed to run a small made-to-order shop, we don't sell your data, and we don't run ad trackers.
What we collect
- Email address — if you join our launch list, your email is collected through our form (processed by Netlify, our website host).
- Order details — when you buy something, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your name, email, shipping address, and payment details. We never see or store your full card number.
- Personalization text — the name or initials you ask us to engrave, which we keep with your order record.
- Basic technical logs — our host (Netlify) keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type) for security and reliability.
This site stores a small browser preference locally on your device for site display settings. It never leaves your browser.
How we use it
- To make and ship your order (including sharing your address with shipping carriers).
- To send launch news and offers you signed up for — unsubscribe any time with one click.
- To answer your emails and fix problems.
Who we share it with
Only the services that make the shop work: Netlify (hosting and forms), Stripe (payments), and shipping carriers (delivery). We never sell or rent your information. If we add analytics or an email provider later, we'll update this policy.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as required for taxes and accounting. Launch-list emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete you.
Your choices
Email hello@numengolf.com to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and we'll take care of it.
Children
Our site and products are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above. Material changes will be noted on the site.
